Jennifer Kendrick

Jennifer is a leader in the CX Practice, overseeing the CX Sales and CX B2B Service implementations at Accelalpha. She has over 20 years of industry experience in the transformation and implementation of sales and service projects.


Prior to joining Accelalpha, Jennifer worked at multiple consulting organizations providing end-to-end experience in the implementation of CX solutions. She possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry University. Jennifer has a passion for helping customers understand their solution, its possibilities and how to best implement it.


Jennifer is motivated in helping children overcome oppression and gender inequality. She provides help and resources by supporting Plan International USA.
