Candidate should have minimum of 4 years of relevant Technical experience in OTM/GTM.
Should have at least 2-3 end to end implementation experience in OTM/GTM working through requirement analysis to go-live.
Should have a good understanding of the OTM/GTM architecture.
Should be familiar with all OTM/GTM modules and functionalities.
Should have excellent knowledge on agents, saved queries, workflows and user configurations.
Should be well versed in creating OTM/GTM configuration documents, test scripts and user training documents.
Should have experience in data migration, deployment and cut-over activities.
Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues.
Should have excellent knowledge OTM/GTM data model and to write scripts in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.
OTM/GTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge on XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings will be an added advantage.
Experience implementing OTM/GTM on Oracle cloud preferred.
Experience in Testing and Support will be given due weightage.
Knowledge on logistics and supply chain management will be an added advantage.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Should be flexible to work over-lapping with different time zones.
Should be flexible to work in different type of engagements (Implementation, Testing, Support etc).
Need to a be self-starter with a go getter attitude.
Need to work independently with minimal supervision.
Provide input and recommendations for best practices.
Will be involved in implementations and support functions of OTM/GTM.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in OTM/GTM module.
Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering.
Experience with BI Publisher Report, FTI and GTI.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, JDE etc.).
Travel: 50% (Onsite or within India)
